Mr. Javier in the Amazon

I was chatting with this gentleman ,a Mr. Javier over breakfast.  He was eating a dish called Chilcano de carachama boquichilco. Apparently it is the Amazonia version of Mexican Manudo. It is a fish soup made with a special type of catfish. Javier told me he drank a few too many beers ayer en la noche so he was feeling a little  crudo.
