Heres to bird poop and dirt!
Sam Larson in MongoliaRecently , I was watching the TV show “Alone” which puts 10 survival “Experts” in the wilderness to see who can “survive” the longest. Apparently there is a 1/2 a million bucks on the line for the winner. The premise to me sounds horrible but for 500K, Id throw my hat in the ring if asked.
On the Mongolia episode last week I heard Sam quote something I said to him when he came to train with me in Arizona about 4 years ago. He was getting a drink from the water he collected on his shelter and said “Heres to bird poop ashes and dirt”. Im a bit amazed that he remembers that.
