“I Make the most effective edged weapons in self-defense tools in the world”
~Greg Tambone.
THAT is a pretty bold statement, But, typical of a young hotshot and “Expert” in the field. I have traveled the world, studied blacksmithing with some pretty good smiths all across Asia and the USA, and I Know the ins and outs of a good blade. I know master bladesmiths that wouldn’t make that statement.
I purchased this “EDC Relentless” Neck knife from bone tactical. I dont really see how it is a “system” but, it does seem to be a decent blade for the price; ($39.95 $29.95 On Sale). I dont like the “neutral tan color that mimics both many skin tones and rural environments”, to me it is too garish and unprofessional looking. Id rather have the handle and sheath in black. But, to each his own. Greg paints a great picture as to the pros of this knife for fighting etc. but, you can do the same thing with a stiff bladed Kitchen paring knife. However, All in all its a good, well made knife, I will play around with it for a while and pass it on to one of my young knucklehead friends eventually.

To me this blade is simply an improved knock off of the Grand Way FBX-2 AL knife. With the similar Grand Way you get;
- The handle has notches and grooves which increase ergonomics, comfortable grip and ease of use.
- 440C stainless steel balanced composition of the steel ensures long-term operation without sharpening, good corrosion resistance to rust and high durability, it has high-quality factory sharpening.
- The sheath is made of a flexible, pleasant to the touch, rough plastic.
Characteristics
In general, this is a technological knife of urban tactical style, which is equally good for wearing in the EDC kit or survival set and for self-defense and other survival, scouting, camping and bushcrafting purposes.
Such well-made knife could be the best gift for birthdays, man days, any date dedicated to friendship or occasion to make nice to your brother, co-worker, boys and guys.
