Cambodian fried noodles

Cambodian style friend noodles is my personal favorite meal in SE Asia. It is perhaps a bit plebeian but, this food is at the top of the Tomahawk food pyramid.Cooked with morning glory vines, cabbage, pork (or chicken), then topped with chilli sauce, soy, vinegar and a fried egg.  Combined with a liter of ice water and a 5th of Cambodian Mekong "whisky", it is my go to combo meal for a friday night.
